I want to change to a different service plan. How can I do this?

Solution:

Changing to a different type of service plan is easy. Simply email us at support@netmass.com and request the new SystemSafe plan size. Please include your name, account number, telephone number, and the plan you want to upgrade to (5GB, 10GB, 15GB, 20GB, etc.). You can see all SystemSafe plans and prices here.
Or if you want to change your service plan, you can also just call us at 1.800.731.2737, and we'll take care of it for you.
